The People's Art Gallery is a glorious celebration of the talent and diversity we have right here in our neighborhood! We invite artists of all ages living in the Avenues to enter their work. We encourage entries of paintings, drawings, photography, jewelry, sculpture or other two or three-dimensional art.
The 2019 Street Fair will be held on Saturday, September 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
People's Art Gallery Awards will be presented in several age categories, as well as a "People's Choice Award."
Artwork will be judged and prizes will be awarded in five categories: 9 years and under, 1-13 years, 15 to 18 years, Adult Amateur and Adult Professional. A photo of your work must accompany this form.
No more than two (2) entries per person, please. One entry per person will be selected for display in the People's Art Gallery.
We ask that all artwork remain on display at the People's Art Gallery during the day of the Fair until the last hour. All artwork must be picked up by 6:00 PM at the close of the Fair.
Due to space limitations, the combined height and width of two-dimensional work should not exceed 60 inches. Three-dimensional work must fit on a 30” x 72” table. All two-dimensional work must be ready for hanging. Three-dimensional work must stand alone or include a stand.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I understand that there is always some risk of loss or damage to a piece of art on public display. I acknowledge that People's Art Gallery volunteers will take all reasonable precautions to prevent loss or damage. By my signature below I hereby release the Greater Avenues Community Council, the 2019 Avenues Street Fair Committee, and all People's Art Gallery volunteers from all liability in case my artwork is lost or damaged.
